-Sometimes I forget that Kristen Stewart is only 22, but then she goes and says stupid stuff like this and it all comes flooding back.  It’s one thing to admit that you have a ridiculously charmed life, but to wish for pain and suffering is just dumb. It’s like when you’re a little girl and you can’t wait to get your period, and then you finally do and it’s like “wait, why did I want to feel like a pickup truck is doing donuts on my uterus?!”

-Finally some good news for John Travolta: his first accuser dropped the lawsuit.

-Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz both appeared on Ellen together, where they denied any onset catfights.

-In Michael Fassbender‘s hot hot hot GQ spread, he confirms he’s dating Shame costar Nicole Beharie.

-Mariah Carey says she didn’t want to be on The X Factor anyway. So there.

-Fox’s love affair with Britney Spears continues: Glee is planning another tribute episode.

-The guys from Happy Endings once tried to beat up Chris Evans at a party at the Playboy Mansion. Please, for the love of god, let’s hope that makes it into an episode next season.

-Most of the trailers for the new fall TV shows are online. The most promising ones (IMHO) are The Mindy Project, 1600 Penn, and The Goodwin Games (which is midseason, but I’m including it anyway ’cause it’s the best of the bunch). I’m hearing great things about the Nashville trailer too (Connie Britton!) but it’s geoblocked. Boo.

-The first accuser’s case may be collapsing, but the lawyer for John Travolta‘s second accuser says the actor should prep for “one hell of a fight.”

-I see London, I see France, I see that Justin Bieber spent most of the Wango Tango concert flashing his underpants.

-Josh Hutcherson is recovering from surgery on his broken nose…with the help of Jennifer Love Hewitt‘s The Client List. He must still be on painkillers.

-The network upfronts didn’t officially kick off until this afternoon with Fox and NBC’s presentations, but we already know all of the shows that have been renewed or cancelled (with the lone exception of Rules of Engagement, and really, who cares?)

-Meanwhile, NBC may be punting Smash to midseason, but songs performed by the show’s stars bookended their upfront. I gave up on that show months ago, but I do love that most people who’ve stuck with it are just hate-watching it.

-I keep forgetting that Sienna Miller is preggo, but she rocked a sizeable belly bump at Robert Pattinson‘s birthday party.

-I completely forgot about my vow last week to stop watching Gossip Girl so that I could continue to pretend that Dair will go on to live happily ever after. On the plus side, if I hadn’t tuned in last night, I would have missed Penn Badgley looking like this. Seriously, his transformation into a Muppet is now complete. To quote Ron Swanson, “Are the scissors broken in your house, son?”

-Looks like I wasn’t the only one considering a boycott of GG. Last night’s ratings hit an all-time low (though it’s still expected to be renewed for a final, shortened season).

-Speaking of TV renewals, 30 Rock, Community and Parks and Rec are all rumoured to be getting picked up (yay!), but for abbreviated seasons (boo!).

-Haven’t Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine been sniping at each other for a while?

-Lindsay Lohan has cleared another lawsuit off her plate.

-Odd: Brad Pitt has reportedly signed on to be the face of Chanel No. 5 which, last time I checked, was still a fragrance for women.

-There’s a hilarious podcast called Comedy Bang Bang, in which the celebrity guests are often asked to freestyle rap on the spot about inane topics (Amy Poehler’s rap about school remains my fave). Now Comedy Bang Bang is turning into a TV show, so we can WATCH them do it. Exhibit A: Jon Hamm rapping about Taxi.

-Speaking of Amy Poehler, she had one of my favourite looks at last night’s MET gala. I also liked Kristen Stewart (with different shoes), Lea Michele, Christina Ricci, and Emily Blunt. I thought the biggest fashion fails were Kristen Wiig, Elizabeth Banks, Mary Kate Olsen, Heidi Klum and Beyonce (yes, her body is sick but that dress? No.)

-Hollywood’s heroic streak continues. Mila Kunis helped an employee who was suffering a seizure, and Dustin Hoffman rushed to the aid of a jogger who collapsed.

-It’s Olivia Wilde‘s turn to play 7 Minutes in Heaven.

-I think it’s safe to assume that Rachel Zoe has completely lost all of the baby weight.

-Kristen Stewart just signed on to a gritty new movie called Cali. (Well, it’s supposed to be gritty. But it’s directed by the guy who did The Notebook, so make of that what you will.)

-Rita Ora insists she’s not dating Drake. Yesterday, we played a “who should Drake date?” game, and discovered that we don’t think anyone is good enough for Wheelchair Jimmy. The closest I got was Hannah Simone. They’re both hot, nice, and once called Toronto home. Quick, someone make this happen!

-The trailer for Argo, the latest film by Ben Affleck, has landed.

-Sad: Lost‘s Matthew Fox was reportedly busted for DUI on Friday in Oregon.

-John Travolta‘s reps are calling the sexual battery lawsuit filed against the actor by a massage therapist “complete fiction and fabrication.”

-This interview (which James Van Der Beek admits is one of his favourites) proves just how little he remembers about filming Dawson’s Creek. I’m pretty sure if I spent that much time with Joshua Jackson, I’d tattoo memories of it on my body, Memento-style.

-Some country star named Jake Owens was arrested and married — all within 48 hours. That’s some good song material right there.

And now they’ve even started recapping the recaps! Dammit!

-In surprisingly positive late Friday news, Dennis Quaid’s marriage might not be over after all.

-Well, this won’t be awkward to watch at all: Denise Richards is playing Charlie Sheen’s love interest in his new sitcom. Anyone want to take bets on how long it’ll be before they’re renewing their vows?

-Even Snooki thinks that tanning mom who’s making headlines is “crazy.”

-The Voice host Carson Daly is expecting another kid.

Seriously, there’s such a thing as taking method acting too far…
